Defected goods happen on Chinese market. The accepted proportion of defected goods is 5% of the total quantity of goods in the shipment. If the proportion of defected goods is less than 5% clients make up the loss by themselves.
While selecting the goods for your order with every new item we provide full control of the quantity, model, colour and size compliance with the order. Quality control is performed randomly.
We check every piece before dispatching for extra charge.
In case you find defected pieces, you need to notify us within 5 days after the receipt, quoting the list of defected goods and providing us with photos and videos proving the defects.
A piece is not defected if:
-the stitches are uneven (frequently met in the middle segment)
- threads are sticking out (you can carefully cut them)
- there’s a hole in the stitch line (you can fix it)
- the hemline is uneven (you can fix it)
- the buttons or snaps are poorly sewed on
Everything mentioned above does not belong to defected goods.
